ok so i just checked around and by buddy is going to be riding to the meet with me since his tsi is out of order and is going to be spliting the trip funds with me so i will have the extra cash for the dyno so count me in on that to hope we can get some more people on the dyno though id really like to see what im pushing at the wheels

Alright. I just followed this link from Evom to Tail of the Dragon to dsm. Im down for the weekend. And if you have a slot on the dyno Im down for that too. Im a new Evo owner and Ive been lookin for a Evo meet. I think this has to be the perfect storm for that.

Well, after some searching and talking we've decided on a place to lay your head for the nights you are here. Even though they do not offer any "group rates" with out a full deposit and exact number of rooms, we decided to go with the Super 8 in Black Mountain, NC. This is one of 2 hotels in Black Mountain that can accomodate our large group and the Super 8 is the cheapest by about $30 a night.

Price will be $70 a night from what the lady told me. However, they do honor AAA and most other discount cards.

Since they will not allow us to do a group reservation with out a full deposit up front, everyone needs to go ahead and reserve there rooms ASAP.

If there is anyone out there that may not be able to afford this, please PM myself or Boostjunki84. We should be able to help out quite a few people, but with that being said, space is limited.

Just body damage. But alot of it. The person was switching lanes as I was pulling out of my work and hit me so If I do go it will be in a 2001 cherokee lol. But I should have my Talon ready for the SC/NC shootout.

Is the dyno time going to be a few pulls or is it going to be tuning time spread evenly like was discussed earlier? Black Mountain is only 2 1/2 hours or so from me according to google so I'd be down to cruise over the border and hang out. Not sure if I wanna get on the dyno unless I can tune. Has the individual dyno cost been set yet?

There will be no tuning with the number of vehicles we have now but your choice of 3 dyno pulls or 2 drag pulls.

We are still unsure of what the final price will be but as of now, we are looking at $55 a car. There are still people inquiring so it could get cheaper.

We were talking about reservations on another site and I figured I should mention this.

I called the hotel and there are 8 reserved rooms that are still available at this time. These reservations will be cancelled out from under my name on the 21st, so that I don't personally incur any of the charges and they still get an opportunity to rent the room if they are not needed on our end. In other words, you need to reserve the room by the May 21st if your're going to do it.

You don't have to be 21 to get a hotel room people, I never had that problem before. But I going to do the same, because I am busting ass on my car trying to get it done. So i really don't know if i will be there or not yet.
