the car is at my buddies place getting welded up,the engine is fully assembled waiting for the car to come home.I get all my machine work done at larry holmes speed shop on el cajon blvd, he does flow bench testing for cylinder heads as well.

UM... i was there from 7:00 to 10:30 big guy. you racing? i saw a white 2g racing with holes cut in the nose and i also saw a white 2g with black wheels parked a few spots down from me. maybe next time? we were looking for you, i was the only one of us there that has a working DSM though... haha.

heres the check off sheet they use when they inspect your vehicle... a roll bar isn't required on a convertible unless your running faster than a 7.5 according to their inspection sheet. go over it because if your wanting to run and your missing a battery tie down or a wheel lug then your screwed.

i know the majority of us are going bowling for Moes birthday on halloween night and i def. will be there... this race event starts at 6 A.M. on Halloween (saturday oct. 31st) im making the drive up to fontana since this IS a 1/4 mile track and its CHEAPER to race there then it is at racelegal!!!!
as much as id like to caravan up there with everyone we have a hard enough time getting guys down to racelegal and its IN san diego. i plan on going up to fontana early friday afternoon and hit up some RRE and then getting a hotel room near the track so i can wake up at a reasonable time saturday morning (rather than waking up at 3am in SD and driving 2hrs) ... i know not everyone has the $$$ but most hotels have double beds with a pull out couch. if we can get 3 going up there then we can split the hotel room 3 ways and save some money for those AWESOME funnel cakes at the drags.
after the races im going to bomb the 15 back down to san diego (if the dsm still wants to work after racing it ) and do some trick or treating AND bowling for moes birthday.

hey everyone i kow ive dropped off the face of the earth. well the elipse is dead..... i made the biggest mistake of my life and got that 97 hon -duh hatch and blew the b18 up . now i rollin a b20v but its not the same as my 4g63. hopfully i got it up and running good and get a good tune on it so i can smoke yall at race legal . oh yeah gofer your car looks sick dude.

sucks the eclipse is dead. what did you do sell that 16g setup you had and used the money from that to buy your hon-duh? haha. jk. your welcome to drive the n/a gerbil powered hatch to the dsm meets if you still want to hang out though... just no hitting v-tak, burnouts, or neon lights.

for the rest of you. ill be heading up to road race early tomorrow afternoon (1pm'ish) to get the rest of my exhaust installed and possibly a tune. after im done hanging out at rre im heading over to california speedway and crashing at a hotel nearby. the gates open at 6am saturday so ill definitely be there NLT 6 to tech in...
i hope to see atleast one familiar face and if you want to head up early (like friday night) shoot me a PM or a text (970.402.0344) and we'll figure something out.
$10 to watch and $20 to race (cheaper then racelegal and its a 1/4 mile ) AND you don't need a helmet unless you run quicker than a 13.99 ET so hopefully it applies to me.

well im pretty happy with the 60ft times i was able to throw down tonight at race legal... 1.909 im still on the hunt for a 1.8 60ft but im sure ill get it. my fastest 1/8th E/T came tonight as well, 9.102 @ 76.26 without a tune... im def. expecting to see a mid 8 pass the next time im out at the track since ill be tuned then. it was nice meeting thomas for the first time, hopefully we were able to atleast tell you something useful while you were over at alexs house. thanks for showing up in a dsm rene i really appreciate the support and alex and rigo (the ambiguously ### duo ace and gary) thanks for cheering in the expedition and the kia? while your cars are STILL under the knife.
BOTI is nov. 22nd (SUN) at california speedway... im not sure the costs yet but i do know that ill be headed north on the 20th to put my car on the dyno at RRE then tie up the loose ends on saturday up there then race sunday. lodging at a Marriott close by was 64.99 a night and two could split it since there was bed and a pull out couch bed as well.
hopefully my car continues to hold up to the beatings...
