Well my winter project is coming along much better than I had anticipated. The body work from the accident is almost done. Right now i am in the middle of pulling my motor apart to replace all the gaskets and seals. I'm porting my 2g manifold, turbo, o2 housing, and intake manifold. Once i'm done with that, i'll reassemble the motor, throw on a new water pump and timing belt, new clutch and i'm good to go! It should be about another week or two.

Well I will try to post some pics up here soon. So far this winter I've installed 850cc FIC Injectors, Aeromotive afpr and stainless line, walboro 255hp and a moates ostrich (socketed myself I might ad ). These last three days I've been installing the budget punishment racing fmic, which looks good but is a pain to install, hopefully that will be finished tonight. Also looking at installing a 3 inch turbo back exhaust and then it is off to suspension land. I'm looking at making a quick 14b car for the summer with a bigger turbo coming next winter. I am going to try to do an E85 tune as well and get some dyno #s from the 14b on e85 but that won't be till summer.

The biggest project this winter is fixing all of the oil leaks...

Well I do not have any pictures of what I have been doing. Just little stuff really. Changed to 4 ply pure silicone couplers (boost leak), new gaskets on manifold to turbo and manifold to block. Like I said, nothing too big, just some maintenance and fixes for this weekends event in the series. Only 2 more rounds to go, then the negine is coming out and all kinds of goodies are going in over a 4-5 month period.

Well, I have not drove the car yet with the FP mani, but so far the quality looks good, and I have heard nothing but good things about the manifold. After I get the car all up and in good running order (hopefully in a month or so) I will be taking the car to the dyno so i can get some good tuning time. I'll be sure to show my graphs then.
