Thanks Chris. I have not really cut any wires out as much as I just had pulled some actual wiring harnesses off when trying to get the climta econtrols out. I am not going to go through any of that mess like some have before. I am jsut going to be tucking wires up out of the way so the switch/gauge panel will fit in there nicely. I do NOT want any electrical issues at all man. WAY too much of a headache as you well know man.

All that I have unplugged are the climate control harnesses and that is really all that will be unplugged. Everything else will remain. Car fired up and ran good after I did so. I wanted to check and make sure nothing was going to be affected by taking it out. Not sure what or why or how. Just wanted to make sure was all you know? Basically, like I said, just the climate control items have been unplugged and removed is all. And getting the wires out of the way.

talonTSIDriver - What does the "good book" say about climate control harnesses in there for a 2G ??? Am I safe in removing them or no? I would think so, its just the AC/Heater controls.

Some preliminary pictures. Still a good deal of aero work to be done. And I'm fighting witha TPS issue. But since Chris lives out in my neck of the woods I figured I'd post up. And yes I know the hood looks funky, it's not bolted on in the pictures (made it easy to take engine bay shots).

Didn't realize you were a Tuners member Jake. Car's gorgeous, can't wait to see it get some action.

They're 285/18's. And the widebody is better than fender flares. Most of my suspension is tubular. The front has some aero work we'll be doing this week then wind tunnel testing afterwards. The brakes just barely clear. They're Alcon XT6 calipers with a 1.375x12.9 rotor. Nothing is photoshopped other than Jess removing the PS cooler line that is hanging down in a few of the pictures. We were still trying to figure out how to do the PS cooling so when we wheeled it out for some early pictures it was still just hanging under the car. Original color was the 95 hunter green (dark green).

I put the P/S cooler under the passenger floor. It's easier than it sounds, and works flawlessly. Takes a couple lbs. off the driver side nose to boot.

Cool, 1 more post and I'm the devil.

May you post a picture of your PS cooler. I've been thinking about where to locate mine as well.

Mine is tucked in behind the front bumper vents I have. It's seen here mounted in front of my old crap radiator and behind the ghetto intercooler.

It's right behind the driver's side vent in this pic.

Replaced it with another stocker. I REALLY wish i had a 4-spyder on hand. If it breaks again, I will be overnighting a 4-spider. RA is this weekend so I did not really have much time. I wanted it fixed asap so i have time this week yet to prep the car.

That’s alright, at least the car is fixed. I hate it when the dam thing breaks!!! Especially when you have a track day in a few days.

BTW: I'm on my 3rd giant cup of coffee, I'm wide awake!
