You will need a 110v 1/4" drill motor which turns at 2250 rpm in reverse.

Cut the head off a proper size nail, put shank in drill chuck. Gently press nail point up to speedo drive fitting at max drill speed of 2250rpm the needle should be at 60 mph. If not remove needle and reset at 60 with the drill spinning. Would be best with 2 people.

If you didn't bend it then pull the needle off and with the drill runnung press it back on at the 60mph mark.

Cheers,
GTM.

DSM_23, GTM is saying when you put on your new gauge face, you took off your speedo needle, and reinstalled it in the wrong place. It is nearly impossible to reinstall it in the same place it was ,so you need to "calibrate" it with a drill at a certain RPM.
