1G What the hell is wrong?

Alright, here we go, my car wouldn't let me go above like 4 or 5k rpm, but then it lets me get up to speed, it had a rattle that was consistent with my engine speed, then it grinds like hell and dies, it could start, but it couldn't go into gear. We pulled it apart, 2 roller rockers are off, and I have teeth missing off my timing belt, what caused this? And what should I do?

You might want to check and see if you bent some valves!

IF or how many?? rockers off and teeth gone are a sure sign of bent valves. time for a head!
