yea your right I guess i'll pull the head any suggestions for replacing valves (where to buy and what not) the engine has 135 k on it

Compression leakage is as likely to be rings as valve seats. To rule out valve seats, you do a "wet" test, where you blip just a bit of oil into the cylinder so it can seal up the rings. If the compression number is still low, it's valve seats/faces.
