Went to service station to put in master cylinder and slave cylinder, and then was told that starter was bad because my car wont start. They put a new starter in my car and still same problem. The lights come on but nothing happens, anyone has any suggestions?

BTW I posted this in tuning for some dumb reason because im tired and cant read.. sorry

Sounds like you are having some problems with the car man. Did you get a tune up when you bought it. Also get the compression test. This won't solve this problem but you need to get a full idea of what kind of car you are dealing with. Hope everything works out for you!!!

If the new starter spins but doesn't engage, check for weak battery or battery cables that are not making good solid and clean contact with what they attach to. The slightest dirt, corrosion, etc will add enough resistance to not allow the full amount of current the starter needs. Remove cables, clean, re-attach.
