engine idle control

why is my car so hard to start when its cold and why does the idle fluctuate really bad?

did you change anything?
you have a nonturbo with turbo correct?
eliminate basic tuning issues. Sticking injector maybe?

turbo not on yet too many other problems.......1.8 is the one i am t-chargin and what else do you want to know
