Ok I checked VFAQ and did some research on how to remove the damn headers right. Well I took all the bolts and nuts that hold the headers to the engine. Second I also removed the two nuts that hold the headers to the down pipe. It seems that its welded on or something LOL.

Any one have any ideas how to get them off from the engine. The down pipe is loose and will come off as soon as I remove the bolts that hold it down to the cat, but my main problem is the headers.

Any one? Thanks

I am guessing that you mean that the headers won't come off of the head? If so, make sure that you have all of the bolts out and if so more than likely the headers are just rusted a little. Most exhaust parts become that way because of the amount of heat that they hold. If you have all of the bolts out then try some penetrating oil on it and try to work it off.
