Ok, over the weekend I put on an external wastegate on my car. I didn't hook it up because it would be pointless because I'm still running a B16g with an internal wastegate. ( Just waiting on my newer bigger turbo, don't worry)

Anyways after putting it all back together I was driving back to base and when I got on it the boost wouldn't stop where it was suppose to stop at. 15psi it just kept going. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong with my car. Is it the boost controler of the external.

LOL, no no only one boost controler.
I wouldn't think that putting that external would cause the controler to stop working correctly.

Adding mods, especially exhaust ones can "mess up" a boost controllers settings. Maybe you just need to readjust it.

If not, its boost creep....so just use that external wastegate and boost creep will go bye-bye.

I had the same problem affter I upgrated my downpiper, mine was caused from to small of a wastegate on my big 16g, So I just dumped the big 16g got a t3/t4 with a external gate, the external waste gate will fix your problem =o)

do you have a MBC? if so, be one hundred percent sure that you don't have any holes in the hoses. the slightest tear will cause your boost to go sky high. If it's not that.....then I couldn't tell ya.
