SSQV problem

I cant get that f'in fin off of cover of the ssqv! i would just keep pushin harder but it wont come off. i took out all the allen screws too. when it comes off is it just the fins or does that black gasket thing come off too or what? thanks.

If you took all the allen screws out you can just pull that bullet looking cover off. Everyting just comes apart from there. What fins are you talking about? The noisemaker thing???
