What does this mean...

Was having fuel issues after an ECU swap. Car will start fine, when I turn the key to the on position, and the boost guage pegs 0. If I try to start it before that, it will just crank, no fuel. Anyone had this before?

replace the fuel filter...thats what i did and it stopped doin that....
and dont continually beat the shit out of the car if ur just driving....
it gets rid of lifter tick if u do that
and use valvoline to keep the engine nice and lubed...synthetic one blow ####
