I just swapped a GVR4 Motor in my 92' Talon, and I went to start it for the first time, and it just clicked. I thought maybe the battery was low, so I had a friend jump it. Same click of the starter. Now I noticed the clutch pedal won't hold pressure, it will fall to the floor. Perhaps I have an air bubble in my lines? Is that engaging the pressure plate and cause the flywheel not to spin? Thanks guys...

Sound to me like it might be the starter itself. The ticking noise could be the starter and it just hasn't seized yet.
