Multiple Check Engine Codes

My 92 Eclipse will stall out if I don't keep on the accelerator. The check engine light came on earlier in the day. When I went to take it out again I was experiencing the problem. I took it to a garage and they said Codes 12,13,14,25 came up and it was probably the ECM. They won't touch it so I have to go to hell (the dealer) get it fixed. Any advice? Are they right? If so I could probable do the ECM switch myself. Anybody else gone through this?

Probably the ECU. Keep an eye out on Ebay, or DSMTrader for a used one. www.foreignecurepair.com is also an option. The swap is easy as easy can be.
