heating problem really odd

hi! ok i live in the far end middleeast its reallt hot here.my stock radiator was fine untill it got a hole in it an i had to change it .now with a new radiator it is over heating wen its on move ,at idle its fine ,this workshop had installed a really cheap radiator even the top up coolant location is changed now its on the radiator head it self can u advise to cool this down.

take it back and demand they fix it under warrenty
