Complete Power Window Problem Solution

I recently had my power windows fail. First I checked the obvious window lock button. This did nothing so I went on to check the fuse located under the hood. This didnt help either since it was still functional. I then checked the contacts on the window controls in the door which wasnt the problem either. My question is what are some other possibilities for reasons the windows wont go up or down? Both motors blowing at the same time is slim but I will check that today and post back. If and when I find a solution I will post back and leave all the possibilities I checked to make it a simpler process for the next guy and eliminate some of the repetitive threads. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

There is a relay under the hood on the passenger side, but what fuse on the drivers kick panel is for the window?
