head problem i think

Ok i am burning oil like a mother and my turbo wont boost the guy i got it from said that needed new turbo but to be saft i took off intak and felt inside the turbo and had very lil play and spins freely so i guess he was wrong. so next steep i took off valve cover but right when i tokeoff plug cover the was oil all over the valve cover and when i took the spark plugs out they had oil all over them to so i had a freend come over and he said i should get new head or it could be something els pleas help what should i do


P.S. its leaking around the ends of the exshust manafold

change your valve cover seals

get the new valve cover gasket, 4 spark plug gaskets, halfmoon piece and some RTV sealant. May want to also change out the oil filler cap (it can leak from there under wot and get into the plug holes) and dipstick (to prevent popoffs while @ wot) while you're at it.
