Oil leak at oil filter to ssline and noise in head.
Recently I have finished my new turboinstallation, and after it i noticed a large oil leak where the oil line L part connects to the filter housing. I have removed that fitting inspected the threads which look good on both parts. Then i put some RTV around the threads and after installing it all the way around for security. Started the car again and a smaller leak, so I put more RTV around where I missed. Did any one have this kind of a problem before ? , or knows on how to fix it ? I have not found a thread on this.
Second problem is that I found a noise in the top of the engine, loud scrapin noise.
The car has been down for a while and I put 5 quarts of oil after swap. It is not a rod bearing, and never heard it before beside the lifter tick. I read that the car need to idle for a little bit after being down and problem will go away, ?. I did take the valve cover before
off and installed a new gasked beside the turbo installation.
