Eletrical problem

My car has been sitting for 6 months now without a battery. The other day, after putting a battery in it, I started it. With the ignition set to the on position, the radio has no power, the horn, the interior lights, head lights do not work at all, however the dummy lights do work, but nothing else. When the car is running, the radio, lights and everything else will work. But as soon as I shut the car off they lose their power. So the only time everything works is when the engine is running. If I stop it from running, everything goes off even with the key to the on position. The radio loses all power and memory, the interior lights will not work, the head lights wont work, and the horn. All of those only work with the engine running. Are there any relays that turn these things on? Is there a main relay that is used? I have checked all fuses and they are all fine.

Have you tested your battery, or alternator?

I had the battery tested today and they said that it was taking a good charge. What else could it be?

Someone told me it might be a interior relay. He said check the door lock relay and the dome light relay. I know that there are some relays behind the drivers seat where the seat belt is. Does anyone know the exact location of the door lock relay in a 90 talon?

I tired replacing the relays but nothing worked. In the pic below is the fuses box layout. All of the ones marked batt have no power, but everyother fuse has power
