2 Problems/Questions!!??

Alright, I have a 1996 Talon TSI FWD with a BOV,intake, walbro 255lph fuel pumpp, big T-28, 2.5 inch DP, cat delete and 3 inch exhaust...I am running stock boost controller/settings, if i hold the throttle and don't wot it will hold boost around 13-14psi, if I go WOT it hits 15-16 psi and will cut in and out and sputter? I boost leak tested it already and fixed all leaks except for one very slight leak around the idle control screw, problem is, I unscrew the idle control screw but it wont come out of the hole, how can i get that out? also what could I do to fix it? and do you think that very little air could make my car run that bad at WOT? any advise or help would be great, thanks!

UPDATE: I changed my oil, fixed the idle adjust. screw, and new spark plugs, car runs good now no sputtering, but my check engine light has recently went on about a week ago so i got it checked and it said something with an idle control sensor and engine vaccum leak etc. I couldnt find anything called an idle control sensor, I checked every vaccum line all seem to hooked up and hooked up right, the car constantly idles around 1,500 RPMs now..any ideas? help would be great..thanks

idle control sensor is your ISC aka idle speed control

thanks for the reply, I will check that out tomorrow and test it now that i know where it is and see if it is my problem, I will let you know what happens, i don't like check engine lights nor my car idle going different RPMs everyday, thanks
