Irregular Idling

Well, I'm tired of problems but here is another one. My idle is irregular, very irregular. I have a modded TB w/o FIAV. What happens is that when my car is idling at a stop, it would idle at 1100 one time and 700 at another time. It almost never goes to a good idle. It happens all the time. My ISC is relatively new, about 1000-2000 miles on it. Wondering if somebody has had the same problem and what his/her fix was. Thanks.

Have you checked your 02 sensor lately? that was the cause of mine a bout a year ago.

Actually odd thing about that. My Apex'i TT is giving me a bad reading on the o2 sensor. It reads 20:1 AFR. Also, how would I actually test the front o2 sensor to see if it is bad? Thanks.
