Ok so the other day I disconnected the battery so I could work on my car. After all work was completed I reconnected the battery and turn the car on. Everything sounds/looks fine, but now the power windows on either side dont work, the thing that unlocks the doors, nor the stereo... The sunroof still works, so do the head lights, etc

Im not really sure what to check for  The battery was unplugged for ~12 hours but it turns the car on so I highly doubt that its dead. I didnt mess with the electrical system. Could my alternator be failing? or did I just blow a fuse?? I just find it strange that some things will turn on while others dont.

I am having a very similar problem, my car has been sitting for almost two years. I get power to everything except the windows and sunroof. Everything else inside the car is working....the headlights and taillights work...my door locks....I don't have a radio....the gauges light up. I check my fuses in the car...ANY IDEAS? My windows are down and I am tuning the car this weekend...its too cold to ride with the windows down...LOL!!!

I just went and checked the fuses under the hood...no problems there either. Everything worked fine before I pulled the motor out and what not. Does ECU happen to control them? I don't have one in it right now until Saturday when I tune my AEM.
