My car started sliping when i would take off Hard so i thougt it was the clutch. so i went ahead and replaced it.Then i went for a test drive and as soon as i want to go fast it starts sliping, i can hear a huming noise in the botom.
so how can I test if its the diff in the tranny, transfer case or rear diff that is locking up on me and causing the clutch to slip. I'm 110% positive that i placed the clutch correctly since i have done it a couple of times with my other cars.

please tell me you did a break in period on the new clutch....ive seen more people glaze brand new clutches b/c they though that they could slam it right off the lift it isn't even funny...if your clutch is good and you're still "slipping" then your vc is gone....

and im assuming that when you installed it you had the flywheel stepped properly, bled the slave cylinder, and adjusted the pedal if needed...just throwing in a new disc and pressure plate is NOT a clutch job.
