weird idle

the car when is stopped or rolling in neutral it starts to increase to 2k rpms then drops and it keeps doing it. anybody knows what might be wrong with it?

Just find a junkyard TB for a turbo 91-94. Its gonna be cheaper then buying a new ISC motor.

i need to know where the ISC motor located at?

it's a tan/brown plastic sensor connected to the underside of the throttle body near the back.

it could also be your throttle position sensor - it's a black plastic sensor on the front of the throttle body.

I think I would clean the throttle body and the ISC before spending money on parts. Here's a good article to read.
