Hey, i am looking at a 95 gsx with a 6bolt swap. The guy says the compression came up as 120, 90, 90, 120 with a new headgasket and after he retorqued it, the compression remained the same. What could be causing the weak compression? bad valves?

yes i agree, personaly i would do a wet test and if it improves then it more than likely would be the rings
