Had a charging problem at times it would be charging at 13.8v than 5 minutes leter voltage would be 9.9volts.
So I changed the alternator the next day and the car ran really roughalmost like is missing through all rpms . I have 3 Dsm's so I started swapping parts

things i did:
swapped coil pack
swapped power transistor
swapped MPI relay
Swapped ECU
swapped injector resistor
Swapped CAS

Still runs rough than I check cam timing, it lined up fine, Than I checked ignition timing I was way off the charts. Now the closest I can get is 15 degrees BTDC. What happened??

BTW, the vehicle is a 90 colt with a 4g63t in it mods are dsmlink, s16g, FMIC, walbro 190, sbr mani, ssq bov rec

Did you ground the timing connector? Was the car at operating temperature? What rpm does the engine idle at?
