First off I drive a 92 Talon Tsi AWD, the trannsmission was rebuilt about 2 years ago and now I having problems again. I use a ACT 2600 Clutch and BG synchro Shift about 14k miles on the tranny at the moment. I have no problems on cold starts in the spring (Warm Weather) shifting is fine but after about 15 to 20 mins of daily city driving the gears wont mesh. It takes a good effort to get it into 1st gear from a dead stop and just all around bad bumpy shifting after that. I tryed today adjusting the clutch some and it seems damn near impossable to do it. I was easly was under the dash for 20 mins with a vise grip slowing turning the master cyclinder rod. I was only maybe got 1 full rotation before I got fustrated. I am thinking it might need a differant fluild but not sure any ideas??

I have never used BG syncro shift but is it a GL-5 spec trans oil, because if it is it has added detergents in it that cause the syncros in the mitsu trannys to not mesh well.
I use Red line MT90, it is straight GL-4 thats what you want to run, it dosent have to be Red Line just make sure its GL-4
Good luck
