I have my battery out and the tray off. There is a switch in the front of the trany that i read on another thread was the right one. I pulled it out and there was a roller ball on the bottom and pressure behind it. This switch doesn't match with the one that O'Reillys gave me. What am i doing wrong? Where is the reverse light switch on a 420A.
Thanks

The switch is right under the location of the stock air box on the front of the transmission, facing up.. It's the only plug down there.

Go ahead and pull that one off, and bring it in to O'rileys with you when you return the one they gave you. Chances are that they gave you the one for the 4g63 tranny.

Got it figured out, the switch he game me was for the automatic. I put in the one that was in there and they work now.WTF . Must have been bad connection somewhere.
