ECU Problem

My ECU had burn marks on it and the AC will not work. Something on the circuit supplying voltage to the A/C compressor has shorted or fried. What pins could potentially affect this circuit? Any ideas on where to look for a shorted to 12 v wire? The car fried 2 other ECU's, but runs fine with the original ECU.

THe red is where there are some considerate burn marks, and it appears I am missing a capacitor? WTF Red indicates leakage damage. The board smells like fish so guessing thats what caused this one to fry, but why would two more fry? What could cause that spot to blow? What pinouts should I check?
