Ok I've been having a on going strugle trying to get my car started, anyway this is wierd I did another boost leak test, before I had air coming out of the oil cap, and oil line that goes into the fresh air intake pipe. Well this time when it started coming out of the oil line I plugged it and the engine started to turn over, the cams were moving. Is this anything to be worried about.

sounds like a pvc vavle

Well thats what I thought also, but I capped the vacum line coming from the intake manifold to the vavle cover bypassing the pcv valve and it does the same thing. I just want to know if is normal that it would turn the whole engine over just by the pressure.
