I was tightening one of the two bolts after I tightened my throttle cable and the bolt closer to the cable itself broke...should I just let it be and tighten the left one, or should I try to take out the bolt piece and get a new one- and if so, how would I do that?

Dont worry about it just make sure the one on the left is tight.. The one on the right on mine is loose as well where the ground is on. You can try adding a washer or 2 that may help but other then that its not a big deal.
