I don't what the deal is sometimes my boost goes to 15 pounds and sometimes it goes to twenty pounds. It usaly goe to 15 pounds when i floor it in second and like 18 or 19 when i floor it in third. any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah and my mods are AGX kyb adjustable shocks

There are many ways, The best and the most expensive is going with external wastegate. I got rid of my throught porting. Do some search on "boost creep", There are many great disscusions on this subject. Good luck.
