Big Problem

My car has been being shit for awile. Has really rough non stteady idle and always stalls when RPM's drop . Because of this I had it taken to a shop where they cant figure it out and it has lately been causing more probs. The 2)A engine fuse blows like everytime you start the car, when you start it up it will go up to like 1000RPM and just die and shut off. They thought it was the ecu so bought one from a 98 GSX. They put that in and the car wont even start or anything with it in. So i was wondering if anyone has any insight on what could be causing it to do all this

is there any noises coming from the motor?

stalling when the engine slows down can be a sign of a cracked block...

not any noises that i would assume are bad
