What is the best manual for the 1991 Talon? Also all my lighting fuses and Alt fuse keep blowing. Any sugetions?

Factory. They show up on eBay fairly often and are cheap. Go ahead and get the Haynes and the Chilton's as well. The 1G Haynes is a lot better than the 2G/3G abortion.
Also all my lighting fuses and Alt fuse keep blowing. Any sugetions?

Find the shorts and fix them.
