compression test

I recently just put my motor together and i wanted to compression test it while its out of the car. Any ideas? I put the tester in and cranked the motor as fast as i could with the rachet and got under 20si in 1,3,4 and in 2 i got 60psi. Tryed it again same thing. Now i know its not spinning fast enough but the numbers are consecutive every time i try. Do I have bent valves?

Put a air gun on it and give it a real spin.

Dry rings, and not enough spinning speed are the reasons you have low numbers.
