need help quick, sunroof ??

Hey, i took the glass off my sunroof, and ive found that the reason why it isn't closing is one track is moving slightly differently than the other---the left track is moving too far backwards, and isnt going far enough forward to close---any ideas on how to fix this or what may be wrong?? thanks
