Turbo timer problem...???

Eversince I disconnected my battery my turbo timer will only keep the car running for 5 seconds.Even when set to run for 3 min.I ve tried pushing all the dam buttons but does no different.Its an HKS but I dont see a model number on it.Anybody ever seen this before?
