problem, no boost!! help!!

hi, i was driving the other day when all of a sudden my car just stopped boosting, and i tought 'maybe a pipe got loose...' then i check it on my house and everything was on place and was like 'hmmm..' i take it out again and step on it and NO BOOST!! just like if was running non-turbo, and i dont have any idea of what could it be, it was driving fine(the other day i almost beated my brothers twinturbo stealth ) and everything is in its place as i said, also my boost/vaccum gauge wont go to '0', even on full throttle, it stays at -1psi. today when i headed to school i stepped on it and it was like wanting to boost, but then again it got back to -1 psi does anyone have already had this problem or know whatit is or how to fix it??? please help!!

The obvious, check for a boost leak, doubt it, because your car would run like shit if it was that bad.

The not so obvious, check to make sure the wastegate arm is hooked on the wastegate door. Mine fell off and the car made no boost.
