I have a fairly stock '92 FWD Laser w/turbo. The only things that have been done so far are the free mods, K&N air filter, upgraded to 2G exhaust manifold also an EVO III turbo (stock died). I just installed the Blitz turbo timer which also reads boost and so far my peak boost is only showing to be about .6 bar (roughly 9psi). Surely it can be higher than that...Any ideas of what might be wrong or how I can increase the boost. (I do not have a MBC yet)

Thanks!

Its at stock boost level... without a boost controller.. nothing much you can do about it. Just go buy a Joe P for like 40 bucks if you want to mess with boost or make your own from home depot.
