Last Night I took out my old fuel pump and installed a walboro 195l

I disconnected the fuel return line and uncliped two plugs I plugged Everything back together and then connected the fuel return line, bolted the pump back in and called it a Day, I Tried to started the car and it wont turn over, and when I turn the ignition on, I dont here the Fuel pump. May it be a fuse or something else? If so Where is the fuse for the fuel pump I cant find it.

OK heres a similar problem I had...

If you dont do the rewire for the fuel pump to a relay and separate fuse then it overloads the ignition fuse under the hood. 30A (pink)

Mine was doing the exact same thing. I ate 3 of them fuses before I figured it out and after that its fine.

not true... my 190 was fine without a diff. fuse and no rewire. since then, i have done the rewire though.

chances are you just fudged something up, go back a recheck your work.

oh yea, n00bie assumption, but you do realize that when you replace anything in the fuel system, you have to give it a couple cranks to get fuel back into your engine?

he might be able to crank it if he wasnt eating fuses in the IGN block.

Either case you have blown a fuse its the 30 A pink fuse under to hood look at your lid its marked IGN. If you had the battery hooked up when you wired it up you could have blown it unpluggin or pluggin in the connectors.

In my case I installed a Walboro 255 HPH and when I monitored the current draw on the pump plus the other things I had running off the IGN the pump increased the amp draw over the stock pump and since I had such a high draw on the IGN already it was enough to blow the fuse. Since then I have rewired the pump and ran new fuel lines back SS with new fittings since I dont care much for banjo fittings and how well they leak if the crush washers dont fit just right. Its all happy now my current draw on the IGN block is now 28A Peak 19 Load. I moved alot of things off of that line to a current Buss.

Easy check is go buy 2 more fuses they are FX31 style fuses and if you cant find them the FML31 style will work also. They are about 2.38$ each at advanced.
