So I basically have everything off the intake manifold and just cut the rest of the timing belt off since it was basically shredded anyway. Can I just unbolt the 6 or so bolts holding the exhaust manifold on without unbolting the rest of the exhaust or will it be too heavy and drag the exhaust system down? I have the valve cover off and can see the bolts or hex nuts or whatever it is holding the head to the block. Can I just remove those bolts and pull the head/intake together? I can't seem to see what all bolts the intake bolts to either, besides the head from the back. What size are the head bolts as well? I see 6 or so plugs in the middle and about the same on either side of those 6 bolts but they are a different size then the 6 in the middle and look a little darker in color. Any help would ge great.
Thanks,
Sherwin

P.S. The timing belt cover is still attached to the block not sure if it is held down to the head either.

-Best to remove the head with the intake manifold attach, just unbolt the intake manifold bracket off the intake manifold, the bracket is attach the manifold to the block, access from the bottom, the head allen bolt is 10mm, don't know which plugs you are talking about, the lower timing belt cover is partially attach to the head.
