ok, im not sure if i connected my starter back up 100% correctly. does anyone have any pix or diagrams on how to connect it right? cause i replaced it and my car wont even try and turn. so its either that or the battery. all help is appreciated :dsm:

"so its either that or the battery"

WRONG.

Check your Clutch Safety Switch - They are going bad in our age cars - Mine just died -Unplug it & jump the connector at Car end out with a wire - Thereby making the car think that you have Clutch depressed & Switch is "Closed".

As far as Starter Install I always install a new "hot" cable & make sure Ground cable is intact from Battery to a place near the Starter.

but there should only be two wires going to the starter, and then theres also the wire that goes from the starter to its own prong? and my clutch switch was taken out, i can start it without pressing the clutch
