Power problem??

Heres the story, Car had lots of power was workin good...was boostin 16psi, and then one day it lost all its power....hmmm....thought here is the time to do a leak test....found 3 leaks.....fixed 2 and the other was my turbo...leakin from the o-ring an intake side....so instead of fixin it i replace it.....do another leak tesy and found one more leak....get a happy and figure this thing will haul ass after these are all fixed....wrong....does the same thing....is makin lots of boost and runs fine but has no power...also when it is cold and i get under boost there is a weird grrrr kinda noise but 3-4 minsw of drivin it goes away.,.. what could make noise.."???? not the turbo i changed it and did same thing....sounds like some kinda leak......also when i did a leak test my turbo xs boost controller leaks like crazy at 10 psi...are these supposed to leak like that when you do a leak test??? not to sure...pls help with this.......

ohhh come on...anyone have any ideas..??? at least tell me if my boost controller is supossed to leak when i test it??? pls... anyone...

im not sure about the boost controller, try swapping in a friends for the test. also im having the same problems as you and i think i found my leak its hissing near my intake manifold when i idle u can hear it. and its past the throttlebody so it doesnt show up as a vaccum leak, is your vaccum looking normal?

Yep, my vacuum and boost both are good....at idle is 17-19in on vacuum and my boost holds steady wherever i set it...Cant figure it out.....am ready to burn the car.. ..hehe...really annoying...
