ok well I have had this problem for a while and I just never got around to tring to figure out what was wrong. Ok right now I put my keys in my ignition and turn it over then let it go. Then I pop my hood of my car and touch a jumper wire I hooked up to the starter motor ( the part that tells the solid to pop out and so on the little wire that usally hooks up to it thats goes) to the positive side of the battery. Well I think this a good thing, because if someone wanted to steal my car it would be every easy. So any way when I would normally go to start my car all I hear are relays clicking so ( how may relays are in the start up process?)I hook up the dvom and the little wire that would cause that start to engauge and im only getting 9.3 or 9.4 and dont you need like 9.5 to start? sence then I have replaced my battery it need it, the ign switch, the starter it died before this started( but when it was alive I had to trun the key maybe 1x to 15x before it would start my car so not the same problem but similar I think the cause was the starter but after I replaced it did it to me again with the new start and after one day it wouldn't work at all. so im thinking about a dead man switch I dont know. I just dont want my car to end up like the car from back to future throughing all of these dumb switch and and crap to get it to start. Owell if you get through all of this and can make sence of it then plz feel free to tell me hat to test or do. :(

-FYI, the OEM alarm control unit is located behind the plastic cover to the right and below the HACV blower, the alarm starter relay is located below the radio.
