Ok, I have a 98 gst, with nothing but a cone filter, turbo timer, and some magnecore wires on it (buddies leftovers).

So here's the problem, sometimes when punch it from a standstill, my boost gauge (stock.....I know not accurate) will read almost full boost but I'll pick up slow as hell. If I let off the gas and punch it again I'll take off. Whats going on? and How do I take care of this?

I assume that you have an Auto? If so reset the ECU. Let it relearn your driving habbits. Also, try changing out your plugs with some NGK BPR6ES. They're cheap anyways.

that and maybe check your hoses for holes. and your BOV.

actually I have a 5 speed, I put in some new ngk's about a month ago and I still have a stock bov. If I had a leak, wouldn't this happen all the time? The situation I described only happens sometimes (not too often) but I want to make sure that it doesn't happen when i line up or something.........that would suck!!

so is there n e one that can give me another response to my post..................... i have yet to receive useful feedback (not trying to sound like a prick)........please help!!
