Boost problems

Ive been searching the forems and really couldnt find my answer... About a month back i was boosting 20psi and then i turned it down to 15psi to drive daily, well I had takin parts off and on and so on, and like now i can only hit 13psi and it drops to 10!!! i tested the WG and its workin perfectly, No boost leaks after boost leak testing, i blew into the boost source the the mbc with the silinoid on and it got harder then with it off..so my mbc is working, my 20g is like new...like no shaft play and spins freely, no exhaust leaks...im runnin out of ideas and its real annoying runnin this low of boost...can anybody help me out??

What boost controller are you using?

im using a dejon tool dual stage mbc I forced air into the boost source on the mbc, i adjusted it and the wg would open less if i turned the mbc so that has to be working..any ideas

I also did a compression check to make sure the head gasket wasnt blown and the numbers turned out ok..they werent 150 but were all about around 135-140...ive tried doing like 4 different boost leak tests and still no answers....
