CEL that cant b pulled

ok heres the story, last week i installed a uic pipe on my car n i started throwin a cel so i checked fuses n wut not an all connections to the sensors n everything was fine, so i took my car to my mechanic who has 2 dif obd2 scanners n both of them gave the same problem after 2 hrs of screwin wit it, that it couldnt connect tto the car...since the cel has come one both of my rad. fans have been goin nuts the sec. the cars put in the on pos. n they never stop...ne one have a idea wut it can be...o ya i also treid the stock pipe back on n nothin...aslo when i start my car up i have to let it idle for like 2-5 min b4 i can give it gas, it will just die

update: when i floor te car to like 5k while driving n put the clutch in so the car drops to idle it stalls out

My guess would be a short in the wiring some where, like something was melted.

i was thinkn some where along the lines of the o2 sensor, could this b it?

My car ran fine with the wires cut to the o2 sensor, just rich. If it were your o2 sensor, the scanner should have picked that up. Also, the o2 sensor has nothing to do with your radiator fans going bizerk.

the main prob. bein the scanner cant connect to the on board computer, but i dropped it at mymechanic for him to fuk with
