my car was running ok until i took it to tuffy they put it on a hoist and when it came down the front left side started to squeek a lot. and the tires skips when i come into first gear sometimes. And tonight i was driving and i was in first it felt like the car was vibrating when i put it into gear and it did it all the way until 4th gear then it smooted right out. need some help anything would be nice right now.:barf: :barf: :dsm:

Well i just figured that kinda and i just got done driving it and its squeeking pretty bad. Would ball joints do that noise or is mostly springs and shocks or struts? I just bought some kyb Gr-2 shocks and struts and i have drop zone coilovers coming on monday so hopefully i can lower it and figure out whats wrong with it.
Another 2 questions it might sound dumb but what is camber ? and do you have to get an alignment after you lower the car?
:dsm:

camber is the angle your tires are at from front to back. rough example but // \\ is a negative camber I think and \\ // is positive. Again thats alot more extreme angles than what would be on your car.
Im not sure if you need an alignment after you lower, i would think so because of caster angle change. Dont quote me on this, I might have camber and caster mixed up a bit.

oh ok now i get it. but the alignment is just what i hear from time to time. They just say after its lowered it messes up the alignment. I was sayin before though i just dont want it to be anything but the shocks and struts that are squeeking and not like ball joints or somthing else thats wierd. Because my car vibrates when i am driving.:dsm:
