.dll files(dynamic link library) are software files. You could in theory download this piece of software specifically if you know the title of the .dll file that is missing. Easier way is uninstall your tunerstein & then download & install the latest version from them--the complete software.
This happens a lot in the PC world in general. By the time you get a piece of hardwar home from the store & on your machine, (no telling how long it sat on the shelf at the store & warehouse), the software included with it has been updated or further debugged & so you need to go to the manufacturers website & download the latest version of the software,(drivers).
